Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you ample time to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Ineligible for return:
• Items obtained from unauthorized distributors and retailers.
• Items lacking proof of purchase (order number or screenshot of the order).
• Second-hand products sold by any vendor.
• Adjusted, removed, or rendered illegible model numbers, PN codes, or production date codes.
• Lost or pilfered products.
• Items surpassing their warranty period.
• Issues unrelated to quality (after 30 days of purchase); the "Good Creative Store" customer support team will assess and verify if your product exhibits a quality concern.
• Complimentary items (such as giveaways).
• Damages or defects resulting from service or repair of the product conducted by an unauthorized service provider or anyone other than "Good Creative Store" .
• Damages or defects resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance, including but not limited to animal bites, natural disasters, transportation incidents, or placing the product into a dishwasher without adhering to the instructions in the user manual.
• Damages or defects surpassing the cost of the product.
• Damages resulting from connection to peripheral devices, additional equipment, or accessories other than those recommended in the user manual.
• Ordinary wear and tear, encompassing components that may naturally deteriorate with use (e.g., batteries, feeder rotor, desiccant bag, fountain filters, etc.).
• items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be returned. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding specific items.
• Regrettably, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, kindly contact us at contact@goodcreativestore.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. If you return the product before contacting the Company name customer support team and confirming if the product is returnable, we cannot process your refund request.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly to make it right.
 Exchanges:
For a quick exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired item once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
After receiving and thoroughly inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing and posting of the refund may require some time on the part of your bank or credit card company. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
